The Legal Stuff

Hey everyone welcome to From Darkness to Love and Light. Today I just wanted to pop on quickly to test out a recording studio that I am going to be using and also to talk about the legal stuff. 

For the record I am not a Doctor, I am not a Therapist, I am not a professional mental health worker. I AM a Woman who has been through some dark times and wanted to share my stories with other women. I encourage other women to come on the show and talk about their stories. The point is to inspire others and let other women know that they are not alone. 

The podcast is for entertainment purposes only. The stories are true but please seek professional help for any of the topics you might here on this podcast.
