Lisa Annese - Sound Healer and Author

Lisa completely transformed her life post separation. She turned to a path of spirituality to support herself and her family. I am so honored to have my story featured in this new book called "Second Act- Seven Stories of Strength and Mindset Journal" by Laura Coy. The dedication in the book says "This one's for the girls. Kathy Wisniewski Shares her amazing story

At the age of 21 Kathy came down with a rare disease, the doctors gave her 3 months to live! She tells her story about how she wasn't ready to give up. 
She survived but life threw more at her, Kathy ended up surviving 3 abusive relationships, involving physical, spiritual, emotional and narcissistic abuse. 
This incredible women now helps women who have been or are in abusive relationships on her podcast called "Tragically Beautiful". She is soon to be offering a course called "Abuse Healers Academy". 
She is healed and is helping other women heal, what an honor to have her as a guest on my show today.
