Hey everyone welcome to From Darkness to Love and Light. Today I just wanted to pop on quickly to test out a recording studio that I am going to be using and also to talk about the legal stuff.
For the record I am not a Doctor, I am not a Therapist, I am not a professional mental health worker. I AM a Woman who has been through some dark times and wanted to share my stories with other women. I encourage other women to come on the show and talk about their stories. The point is to inspire others and let other women know that they are not alone.

Inner Child work isn't easy but in order for us to be able to live a healthier and happier life, I believe its essential. In the second part of the podcast I explain a little bit about my Therapy session doing a Past Life Regression meditation to help support the inner child in me that needs some love and healing. I hope this will inspire you to take a look at your inner child. If she needs some loving, please give it to her. She's an innocent little soul and deserves to know she is loved and that she is safe now.
This podcast also talks a little bit about a story I wrote for a book of Women's Stories of Transformation and Healing. It going to be published in July by Enchanted Moon Press (www.enchantedmoonpress.com). I found out about it doing Goddess Yoga with Jess Jarels. You can find her on instagram @the.joy.filled.journey. A Little Bit About Me
My life changed in 2019 when I was diagnosed with Cancer. Not for the worse but actually for the better. I found crystals. I loved that these natural gems from the earth offered healing energy. I started making bracelets and selling them on Etsy. I created bracelets to help with mental, physical and emotional conditions as well as some just for the beauty of the crystal. It really made my heart feel so good to know I was offering something to help others feel better. I made sure to explain this was not a replacement for modern medicine but a complimentary modality.
Then in 2021 I lost my son to Alcoholism at the young age of 35. A pain I thought I would never heal from. I decided to enroll in a crystal healing practioner course and became a certified Crystal Healing Practioner in June of 2023. This really helped me along in my journey of grief, and my wish was to help others dealing with grief and addiction. I felt I was missing something though, I could help people locally but wanted to be able to support people all over the world.
I then studied Reiki. I received my Reiki Master & Teaching Certification on February 18, 2024. With this modality not only can I use Reiki but I can also incorporate Crystals into the healing sessions. Offering Distance Reiki allows me so much more opportunity to help others around the world and that brings me so much joy. I am currently 60 years old and want to be an example that you can heal, you can grow and you can help others no matter what age you are. My newest adventure is this Podcast - From Darkness to Love and Light. A place where women can share their stories or inspiration and hope.
